Custom Globe MOQ, Printing & Lead Time: What Importers Should Know

custom · MOQ · lead time

Private-label and OEM globe programs let importers sell under their own brand while a factory handles production. Here is what to plan for.

Minimum order quantities

MOQs are set per model and finish. Decorative and standard desktop lines start lower; illuminated and fully custom tooling start higher. Agree MOQ in writing before sampling.

Printing & labeling

Custom options include sphere artwork, base and stand finishes, branded packaging, and regional-language labels. Full-spec Russian or Arabic labeled globes are produced for specific markets without disclosing intermediate channels.

Lead time & logistics

Sample approval is the clock-start. Plan 25–40 days production for standard runs, plus ocean freight and customs. Build a buffer so stock arrives before peak season, not during it.

Send your spec and we will return a quote with MOQ, unit price, and a realistic ship date.

Frequently asked questions

Can you print our brand and local-language labels?

Yes. Private-label programs typically cover logo printing, custom packaging, and full-spec local-language labeling (for example Russian or Arabic) on request.

What is the lead time for a custom run?

After sample approval, standard production runs 25–40 days; custom printing, tooling, or certification paperwork can extend this to 45–60 days before freight.

Do you support OEM for our existing design?

Yes. OEM/ODM covers sphere lamination, stand and base customization, and packaging to your spec, with MOQ agreed per model.
